LinkedHR Rules
1. This is a discussion group.
All posts must ask a clear, HR-related question. This helps ensure valuable conversation among HR professionals.
2. Place your question at the top.
To make your post easy to read and moderate, start with your HR-related question right at the top.
3. Posts must include HR-related discussion questions.
We do not allow job postings, event announcements, promotions, blog links, images, videos, or general commentary. Posts that include any of these will be deleted in full.
4. Posts must be text-based and sound human.
We allow AI tools for editing, but not for fully generating content. Posts must be written in your own voice and invite real discussion. Content that appears robotic or AI-generated will be removed.
5. Supporting links should go in the comments.
If you'd like to share a relevant blog, video, or article, you may include a link in the first comment after your post is approved.
6. Polls must be clearly HR-related.
We allow occasional polls that ask real HR questions, not quizzes or disguised promotions.
7. Be courteous and professional.
This is a respectful, professional space for HR professionals. Treat all members and moderators accordingly.
8. Post in English only.
Linked:HR is international, but moderation is only available in English. Please post in English so all can participate.
9. Management enforces these rules.
We may remove or block members who do not follow these rules without further notice.
10. Sponsored content must be approved.
Occasionally, we may approve sponsored announcements to help support the group. If you are interested, contact a community manager.
